Data Analysis

The Client Services Department maintains program tracking for internal and contracted supportive services this is handled by the Project Analyst who reviews, monitors and evaluates supportive services program data on a monthly basis, which generates monthly, quarterly and annual reports and updates. Using the data the Project Analyst reports findings and makes data driven recommendations regarding the programs and services. Additional analysis is conducted for internal and external housing data. The Project Analyst also assists with the development of proposals, grant provisions; service contracts and provides reporting and data collection training for internal and external customers.
