New Maintenance Call Center

CHA  has a new maintenance call center at all our properties managed by our subsidiary Blue Horizon Management Company. Our residents will no longer have to go to the property manager office to request repairs. They now can call 1-800-770-1235 and the call center will create the work order. Here are the three steps to using the call center:

Step 1: Call 1-800-700-1235 when repairs are needed with in the apartment.

Step 2: The representative will ask for property address and last name. 

Step 3: Explain what needs repair in the apartment.

Step 4: The representative will create the work order and maintenance staff will                        address the repairs.
